It's Good But It's Not Right! by OpalSkye It's Good But It's Not Right! by OpalSkye
I've recently joined a Group on deviantART :iconpolymerclay: one of my most favourite recent submissions was this by ~raspberrylab (sorry I can't do thumbnails :( ). It's a beautiful piece that I hope to one day pay homage to as it's something that I'd love to own  (never-no-mind my love for felines and books ;) ).

A few mornings ago, doing the usual fiasco of swapping piles of clothing, art supplies, reference books and tool boxes from our desk chairs onto our bed (it's the morning and nightime routine... Lack of space, lack of options :/) I turned after a rather large pile of books to find Bandit, our 2 year old BSH sat atop the books looking rather proud of himself. I couldn't believe the similarities between him and Raspberry's sculpture that I had to snap a shot of him :meow:

I'm going to miss him terribly when we move, he was a gift to my sister on her birthday from an ex-boyfriend, so there's no chance of me taking him with us. As much as it will break my heart to leave him. He's been a stalwart companion through some pretty rough times, reminds me a lot of the guy who gifted him. *sigh*

Edit This is NOT a stock photograph, please do not use it as such. No manips, no tracing, no permission AT ALL for it to be used ANYWHERE. Don't add to the legion of thieves.

I love the smug look on his face. "Look what I did!" :)

Aw, so sorry you have to leave him behind. :( I know the feeling.

Have you found somebody to care for him?

By the way, nice photo!

I watch the same polymer clay group!

There's actually a guild for the UK for polymer clay artists.

It's not a case of re-homing... As I wrote, he's staying with my sister (and mother, his owners don't really change other than I'm not here any more). Essentially I'm moving out of the family home and he's a family pet. I would under no circumstances EVER leave my pet. I'd rather be homeless than have to re-home him/her. I want to take him and our new landlords don't have a problem with pets, quite the opposite in fact, I'm not allowed to take him because he belongs to my sister.

Oh, I see.

Well, look at it this way, it'll give you a reason to visit. :)

My sister's moving to New York and is taking her dog with her.

She's been good therapy for everyone but hopefully, I'll get my own dog back.

(There's more details on that in my recent journal entries).
