From the moment that Mytola popped into my head and said, "your mine" I knew that my obsession with the Fearaki would be a long lasting one. Little did i realise that sharing Mytola with you all would have such an effect. Already the Fearaki population has grown, our pack getting larger with each day. But the first two, to join the Deviant Clan, were Mwaiyho and Mylaera, a sibling duo created by the phenominal skill of ~swiftwhippet

I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw how Swift had taken the Fearaki concept and crafted these two. Lae, shone, her colours make her jewel-like and so delicate while her rather brooding brother, the opposite, understated and simplistic, but oh so hansome. As if the markings on this outstanding pair were not breath-taking enough, their names sung to me and the love afair intensified. Mwaiyho sounds deep and caring, while Mylaera sounds like an exotic flower, pretty and rare. So now you know how much I love these two, I now want to tell you how much I love this picture.

There are 50+ layers in this picture, I tried a new style of colouring, mostly because the sensitivity in my tablet pen has gone, so this one was all about opacity and layers. I think this has actually made the picture better because there is less same-old-style in it and more experimentation. Lae is such a bright star that any back ground ideas/schemes just wouldnt work! *squishes her* Shes so beautiful! All in all, I am so pleased with myself over this picture. Which is rare for me I know.
